Poca inosservanza delle regole da parte degli altri ospiti: volume molto alto a tarda notte da parte di una camera di fronte, e forte odore di fumo proveniente da un'altra camera. Abbiamo avvisato la receptoin che prontamente si è attivata.

Room was not clean, looked like somebody used the room before us, one of the towels was used, bed was used and there was a empty can of beer in the room

Sometimes problem with hot water

Most of staff were very nice.

Overall everything was dirty. The comunial toilets were very dirty, even though I made them aware of it. The kitchen fridge was full of out of date products and uncover meets, such as chicken. No great, as cross contamination on other guest products was inevitable. Salmonella is not a myth. My bedroom was very small, if I open the foldable table I couldn't move from one side of the other and it wasn't any place that I could to hang a towel or any shelves for your hygiene products.
