The room was perfect for a single traveler on a short business trip. Not fancy! But comfortable, good bed, great desk, good lighting. There are 5 or six rooms in this communally organized apartment with a large kitchen and common area in the middle. Two shared bathrooms. Everything was clean and tidy. Windows are good quality....A good thing, because the house is on a fairly busy intersection.
I would have appreciated a mirror in the room, and more information about how the common areas (especially the kitchen!) work. In the summer months, when windows are open, or when the apartment is every busy, it could be quite loud.

Struttura accogliente, buona posizione. La stanza è molto ampia, la sala soggiorno e ristoro anche. Tutto pulito.

Non c'era la colazione ma c'era una cucina con la possibilità di farsela
La pulizia della camera e il bagno è troppo piccolo

The name is apartments but it's more like a hostel with private rooms. The room was basic but clean, the bathroom was clean. The kitchen is large and well stocked and the common area is big with lots of tables and chairs. It's a 5 minute walk to subway/bus/train transportation. The Kreuzberg area with lots of restaurants and nightlife is a 10 minute walk away and Checkpoint Charlie is 1 subway stop away.
The building is old and paint and carpets are old and worn.
It's in an odd location, on a corner with no other buildings on the block, except one that seems abandoned so coming back at night feels a bit sketchy.
