Close to Al Masjid an Nabawi.
Shower cubicle was tiny, dead insects in the bathroom. Faulty safe

Läget till profetens Moske är perfekt. Personal är väldigt vänliga. Fin städat. Men det fanns myggor som gick på golvet i badrummet. För mig det gör inget. Men det kan finnas vissa personer som tycker det är störigt.

Only Location is amazing.
Not enough Towels, Soaps for the number of guests occupying. No housekeeping staff to help or clean the rooms. Landline phones were not working. Except for the location, the Hotel didn't offer anything worth it.

Only Location wise it was good.
Beds not comfortable, there was no iron box, no towels, no proper power sockets to charge mobiles, and odd smell.

Lifts working was perfect and available all time, not to wait for long.

House keeping staff weren't helpful, cleaning was very bad, and the air conditioning was fixed in specific temperature and we couldn't change it

the Management is super stingy by allocating only 2-4 staffs standby , no one is changing the towel, nor adding drinking bottle daily, not cleaning the room.
