the overbooking and the fact that the hotel bill was paid while booking.com clearly stated "payment at check in"

Sports bar and restaurant were both lovely. Rural location was beautiful

The hotel is close to Uden and surrounding highways. There are plenty of bars and restaurants and there are lots of places to walk or bike from here.

Huge room and bathroom.Clean.
Disabled paraphinalia in the bathroom.
Annoying "rumbling" noise that went on for hours and reverberated through the floor.on enquiring at reception,we were advised that there is a "bowling alley" beneath the bedrooms.we were room 121 which apparently is where the balls finish their run and clatter into the skittles.......avoid this room.
Food was decidedly "average" and not worth the money.
