Nikoleta Rooms

I booked the Nikoleta for 5 nights for my wife & I and chose it because of it’s location close to a beach & close to the town and also the reviews that I had read. We were not disappointed. It was only 20 minutes from the ferry port and easy to find. Nikoleta made us feel very welcome on arrival. Our room was on the 2nd floor & overlooked the lovely garden; Nikoleta takes pride in her garden & rooms, it really shows. The room had everything you need including a fridge which was really handy. In addition there was a small communal utility room next door which had a hob, toastie maker, cups, glasses, cutlery etc which was really useful. The rooms are located close to Agali beach, less than 10 minutes away, it is stony but uncrowded, lined by trees and a nice place to go. Further afield the massive Agios Fokas beach is about 20 minutes on foot and well worth the hike. If you are going to Tinos then the Nikoleta Rooms are a great place to stay. Recommended.

Nothing really.

Υπέροχη τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στην παραλία Άγιος Φωκάς με τα πόδια. Κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ και φυσικά στο λιμάνι και στη Χώρα.

I loved everything! Mrs. Nikoleta is extraordinarily kind and welcoming and the cleaning woman was very nice and patient (thanks to both of them!). Room was clean and pretty, the bed was very comfortable, garden was a little scented oasis. We had a little kitchen for breakfast, clean and full of comfort. But, more than everything, I felt right at home. I will surely come back. Thanks again to lovely Nikoleta!

Everything was perfect

The location is good if you prefer a quiet neighborhood with a supermarket, lots of parking around if you drive.

From the entrance of the accommodation's building and also inside the room (located on the 2nd floor) , there was a heavy smell of dust and mustiness. The rooms are old and do not match the photos. The mattresses on the beds were not comfortable at all, and most importantly, the toilets and bathroom were dirty. We booked and stayed at another accommodation.
