Le Caravelle Bed and Breakfast

The building and the room were lovely, well decorated and aesthetic. Nice bathroom, comfy mattress and a flat screen TV. A kettle and a fridge which was brilliant to have. Hair drier and a wardrobe with hangers etc.

It’s not a bed and breakfast, more like bed and bed ? The breakfast isn’t included and is paid. Being in the center of Monopoli with so many amazing food options we chose not to pay for breakfast with the property. Additionally we stood outside the locked property for a good while when we arrived as the owner wasn’t present. She then came finally and apologized. She was nice. I asked for an extra pillow on the first night and the owner said she’ll give it to me tomorrow as she doesn’t have the key to the storage room. And most importantly, the room wasn’t cleaned until I asked for it to be cleaned and for our towels to be replaced. The room wasn’t cleaned one time in three days. Overall it’s a very nice room and in perfect location, I think the services need to be improved like daily cleaning and breakfast included. As well as someone who can be available at least on the phone at all times for people to be able to check in.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable

No coffee inside the studio

Location

Sent messages asking questions didn’t receive any replies back by text and on booking.com. Asked if we could just drop bags in and was told would be an additional charge we sat at a bar looking at the property and nobody went in or left.Other properties always help by letting you drop them of. The property wasn’t suitable for us with bathroom downstairs through the kitchen and stairs were very steep not enough room at the side of bed to get in that easy wi-fi very poor, shower had brown marks on tiles so could do with a scrub.
