The facilities were great, spacious room and the regular beds were comfortable, it is less the case for the sofa bed. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a table and chairs to eat. Beautiful view on the mountains. Convenient restaurant in the premises.
The staff did not respect our ask not to clean the room one day, we had our things out. For the check-out, I gave the keys to the receptionist and ask if all was good, she then said all was good to go. Four hours later, I receive a call to tell me I did not pay for the nights…. (indeed I had not, and paid after through a link) I found this type of mistake is really unprofessional.

rooms were well set. Neatness was very good. Crockery was agreat help!
Flexibility is not there to refund the rent as I paid for 6night even though I stayed for 4 nights.I informed at the begining due to change program at the time of check in.

I had some work in the city but due to the heatwave I switched to this hotel for part of my stay and it worked great (taking C1 bus from just around the corner to the city or having a free parking space for the days with the car), with proper air conditioning and a pool for cooling down in the late afternoon’s 34-35. The staff were super friendly, facilities were clean and the breakfast has really nice options also for vegetarians considering this is just a 3-star hotel. And the view if the mountains was great, too.
The hard boil egg machine didn’t really work well. But otherwise it worked great.

Rooms were big. Hotel is new.
It was not that clean. Flies on the curtains.
