Nice place to stay…shower is good…location is very comfortable to get to the cable car

Mattress is very bad I couldn’t sleep…hotel is pretty old and need to be reconstructed

the location and ski facilities where very good

the restaurant was very average no decor given it was Christmas/New Year dates it was very plain and didn’t reflect the spirit of holidays . a big negative was children being left alone at evening/ night while parents went partying in Town or elsewhere. we had 3 rooms adjacent to us where children from 5 to 13 years run screamed and mad noise constantly to 12:30am when their parents cane back. then more loud talking banging of doors etc until 1am. the doors are cheap and hollow. there is no sound proofing you can here everything out side and up to 5 rooms away clearly as if they are standing at end of your bed.

location is everything about this property. the only place one can get out of the hotel straight on the slope. convenient if you have kids or are there for a skiing weekend. good spa (pool and sauna) for apres ski

bathroom says it all about a hotel, probably this is why some hotels put some really dim light in the bathrooms once they get older, cheaper than renovating. the spa somehow compensates. too hot to sleep! even closing the heating didn’t help, so the window that didn’t close was actually keeping things confortable

Staff was friendly and very helpful, Comfy beds, warm rooms

Some basics such as toiletries (shampoo) and tea/coffee bags woul make it more complete for a variety of travellers (we brought our own so it wasn't a problem)
