the staff needs to be trained some of the cleaners makes funs of the guests. the receptionists are rude and unprofessional. these needs to be focused on.

Lady manager charged me about Rs 400 more than another guest who was a walk-in guest. She said "Booking.com charges are more than our normal charges."
Lady manager on front desk during check-in was rude & too argumentative. She insisted on check-out time as 9am & threatened of extra charges if checked out later. Other manager next day said it was 10am

The rooms were big, clean and cozy. The location is good.
The FrontDesk executives were loud, delayed the check-in process, took 40mins for check-in because they were busy in something else.

for 4 star hotel room is very dirty..
I’ve ordered food, spent 10 min to explain that it should be without chilli and got extremely spicy food with chilli.. they cancelled it, thanks to them, but time was waisted and mood too
and for breakfast for me there were only fruits, so next breakfast I didn’t even attend
in the room with road view you will hear all traffic
I’ve asked and they changed my room for back side, and it was quiet
the check out time is 9am which is weird and inconvenient. After asking 5 times, they made check out time 11.30.

room RFID card & AC system was nearly non-functional. Too many two & four wheelers in the basement parking giving a feel as if it was a railway station parking.
