The location, it was right on the river tweed. Very beautiful!
Nothing really. It was good value for money

Bed was comfortable. Towels were clean.
The neighbouring room people had a big dog called Carcass and were up really late and I could hear everything - stopped me getting a good night's sleep and I was a bit afraid to be honest. Put a towel under my room door to stop light and noise getting in.
