Great location. On site parking.

Some parts of the apartment were a bit tired. There was an intermittent faint beeping which we couldn’t locate that was annoying. The location being so central meant it was very rowdy outside on the weekend. (It would have been nice to be told about this so we could have come back to the apartment much later in the evening.

I liked the location, the studio apartment and the places to eat and walk are not far away

Maybe a sooner changed of bedding and towels, however it got done on time after I asked the staff.

Location and value for money, it ticked all the boxes!

The location, ease of parking, shopping and restaurants and access to the main roads. All of the things that we usually take for granted were readily available.

Reception could be open just a little longer. Extending the hours of operation would be more convenient for those arriving late. 5 pm closure is a little early. 6 pm would be more suitable. Please consider.

The central location made getting around easy. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Very noisy location, significant street noise made it difficult to sleep.

The location is fantastic, the room was clean and comfortable, friendly staff, the apartment we had was a good size.

It wasn’t very soundproof and you could hear the traffic outside, the decor was a little dated and the fold out sofa bed was broken and unable to be used.

Kitchen was not spotless clean, poor noise insulation from the street, I was meant to receive a text when the room was ready but didn't, reception only open 9-5

Stale/cigarette stained air. Dirty bathroom basin and sink. Stained beddings and carpet.

centrally located. every facility was provided that we needed. clean and comfortable. 10 min walk to both train stations and 2 min walk to pubs restaurants and shops. good views of the city.

Size of the room The office staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The place was dusty, hadn't been vacuumed, toilet and the glass table top hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival,. The office staff stated that the room was to be serviced only once a fortnight. they replaced the sheets, towels and tea and coffee only once in that fortnight we were there. The place needs to be updated as its too old. The photo's on Booking. com were different to the actual room.

the location is good as long as your balcony doesn’t overlook all the bars and restaurants below in which case it’s very noisy. we also liked the attentive staff.

the first apartment we were allocated was not good. very basic, uncomfortable, unclean, small and the kitchen was totally inadequate. it didn’t look like the photos on the website! we were told each apartment is unique and separately owned? anyway we asked to be moved as we were staying for 12 nights over Xmas and had requested a “comfortable/homely” apartment from the start when we booked this back in July. we were very grateful to Barry for moving us to the penthouse which was 100% better - spacious, clean, blackout blinds, soundproofing, and a nice kitchen with a proper cooker including oven. we were very comfortable there and had a lovely Xmas. thank you again Barry! we also used the gym a few times and the sauna which was all kept very clean.
