Location and Service and support is the best one! Literally inside the station. Although not very easy to find because it’s on the top floor and there is no indication or arrows where to go.
Sara and the girl with pink hair are the nicest people. I stayed to 3 hostels in Portugal and they have the best customer service! Thank you very much!
shower is really cramped . And there are no chairs inside the rooms. I hope atleast they add chairs so we can atleast tie our shoes or just sit inside the rooms.

I enjoyed the weekly activities offered, and the friendless staff. Sara, Rafael, and Pedro were extremely helpful and kind.
Someone in my room broke a glass bottle, and there were hundreds of pieces all over my bags, shoes, etc. perhaps there should be a sign on the door prohibiting glasses , bottles in the rooms .

The staff was amazing throughout. The two sister hostels (Destination Lisbon and Destination Sunset) have two opposite vibes (chill vs party) and you can walk into either hostels if you're staying at one and join the events, loved that. The karaoke, BBQ and Sangria night, and pub crawl were great.
The AC could've been better, that's it.

Very good location, close to the centre of the city. Nice common room and rooms in general. Staff was super helpful and friendly, especially Ali!
