Clean, Quiet, Friendly, understanding and helpful. very convenient.
I'd turned cleaning away, but the hot tub room could have more towels, and extra drinking glasses, but I could have asked and didn't, and I'd turned cleaning staff away.

Staff were great, spoke excellent English and very accommodating
Few extra rolls of toiletries and drinking glasses would be ideal. Tho cleaning staff i presume would refresh those, id turned them away as do not desturb.

Nice clean modern room. TV worked and the bar was open.
The woman at the desk didn’t speak Dutch (strange to have to speak a foreign language in my own country).
They made me pay city tax afterward which should have been included in the price. So it looked like a cheap room but then it was being more expensive than I had hoped. I already pay tax!
The cocktail was €14 and mostly tasted mostly like lemonade. Served on a handkerchief.
Amersfoort itself is a really lovely city but this hotel is not so great.
