San Giacomo Venezia

It’s quite a good location for the train station. The rooms were a good size. Able to leave our bags for the day too.

The chap who runs the property was a bit sharp with us when we were leaving at 10 am booting out time. When you are out you are out. The bathroom is shared and the water doesn’t drain quickly from the shower.

Highly recommend this place in Venice! My brother and I stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. The host was attentive and responded quickly on WhatsApp. The place was very clean, spacious, and the perfect location for exploring Venice. It was an easy walk from the St Lucia train station. The host also provided a delicious breakfast (yogurt, fruit, bread, jam, cereal, homemade cake, juice, and coffee). There were two shared bathrooms with showers. We never had to wait for them when sharing with the other guests. We had an easy time checking in. As long as you communicate with the host on your arrival time, it's an easy check in process. After hiking a week in the Dolomites, this place was a great oasis to stay in.

Nothing, it was absolutely a perfect stay! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice.

Great location, clean and amazing people who run the b&b. Felt really welcome ! WiFi works fab, air con in the room and was able to leave our luggage while we enjoyed our last day without any costs.

I wouldn’t say there was something I didn’t like at the property. I think it had a great character and was very comfortable

Nice interior, clean, and good breakfast

This is not the place to sleep well and if you suppose to have a nice quiet morning and silence night, avoid it. The noise is last all the time with little break. From shower, doors, floors, cleaning lady at 7;30, people . Also the place for breakfast is not responding sanitary conditions.
