The apartment was quite big with a beautiful view over the city. We also had access to the roof area which offers a beautiful viewpoint; it's worth checking out. Staff was friendly and helpful, we arrived before check-in started and because the room was not ready yet we were able to leave the luggages there and they gave us a call when we could come back and do the check-in. There's also a supermarket downstairs which makes the stay a bit easier, and the location of the accommodation is quite close the center.

There was a bit of closed air/'old' smell in the room.

Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Lovely city. Roof view and area was brilliant. Clean throughout. Huge rooms, huge bed, very comfortable. Everything you could need facilitiy wise. Would definitely come back.

Beds are very hard and unconfortable. Only very small pillows, we could not get sleep. booking says that every premium apartment should include parking place but owner said that it is only if there is any.. So we couldnt get parking place. We booked rooftop apartment with seaview but they just gave us 2 floor normal room, I asked about it and she only said that they had to make adjustments..

The apartment was clean, big and quiet. The beds were very comfortable.

We would have preferred a little more choice in cutlery in the kitchen and a double bed not two singles shoved against each other. The WiFi was very unstable.

The window view is wonderful, the quality of the bed is good!

The apartment is located in the heavy traffic street, so not quite enough. The toilet smells from the pipe sometimes. But it's not nice to keep the window open (noise from the street). Heating system is in the open kitchen, it has heating noises! One important point is the plastic frame/door of the washing machine is really, really dirty, this obselutely needs to be noticed and improved for the guests in the future!!! The clothes drying rack has gotten rosty.

The place is very nice and comfortable. The view was great. We had two balconies. It was very close to a park and a supermarket. There is a bus stop just one block away.

You need to know that the reception is until 8pm. We were afraid to arrive later and they told us to send the credit card data by message. I didn't like that. As well if you have no phone it is not possible to get inside the property the first time. We were lucky that another guest open the door at the same time we arrived. They should provide instructions of how to go inside the property.

Friendly, English speaking staff. Tidy, comfortable apartment. Amazing views.

WIFI was a little temperamental.
