Everything was perfect. The sheets were all white and very clean, beds were very comfortable. The apartment is located in a decent neighbourhood close to the metro station and bus stops. There are markets, bakeries and restaurants nearby. Many tourist attractions such as La Sagrada Familia, Casa Battlo and Casa Mila are within walking distance.

Everything was perfect but somethings can be improved. The TV is old technology. Can be upgraded to smart tv. Toilet papers were of poor quality, so it ran out quickly. Two of the bedrooms have not any windows which I learned that is a common thing in Barcelona. Required a deposit at the check-in but they refund it without any problem if you follow the rules.

the walls inside the property were thin. the children’s bedroom was noisy from the stairwell and the next flat.

Loved location and apartment was spacious and authentic Spanish, keeping with the local area and experience.

It got very noisy from people staying in flat above. Men shouting and making lots of noise during the night and early morning. Disrespectful to others in the apartment. I didn't see this as a reflection on accommodation so I rated it still high.

Location was great and the apartment spacious for our adult family of 7 people. The apartment was immaculate, with stunning floor tiles and lovely feel about it. There was a very pleasant lounge area, patio and kitchen communal areas.

The 5 bedrooms were of very mixed standard! One fabulous room which was bright and spacious with two street view windows for the luckiest couple. Another double room was spacious but the only room window was onto an indoor terrace, and the other three rooms (one twin and two single) had no windows at all and were like a hostel at best, prison cell at worst. This made room allocation quite challenging for an all adult family group! The beds were also extremely hard and uncomfortable so we all slept poorly. Finally though, despite the otherwise beautiful apartment, we daren't not spend any time in it after reading lots of reviews saying they didn't get their £200 deposit back because of a sound detector in the hallway! So we enjoyed a few days with our ususally gregarious family reduced to nothing more than whispers! 😂 (quite pleasant actually..) PS we got our deposit back and the staff were really lovely.
