The staff were all helpful and friendly. The pool area is excellent. The actual room was lovely.

Checkin is at 2:00 pm but I was told the room was still not ready at 2:00 pm but when I complained a room was suddenly ready immediately ! Hate being lied to ! There was a knocking noise at 7:00 am from the walls or ceiling - sounded like some maintenance - woke me up too early !! Breakfast buffet was ok but they kept running out of food - also a confusing layout e.g. I could not find the egg station.

Bed was extra-ordinary as always.. the Cleaning/Gym and Pool, security staff as always are kind, courteous and attentive.

Internet was atrociously BAD!! If you are "working from home," DON'T book this hotel! Concierge as always is BAD and problematic and devoid of common sense with the exception of Jason.. Jason, Good Job!!

Okay, so we called Luxent Hotel in advance and did this twice, a month ago and the week before our stay to confirm our stay since we booked 7 rooms. On the day of the check-in, they told us that they overbooked other customers so we ended up not having a room we booked 7 rooms from this hotel, and they gave us our rooms so late at 3 pm and 4 pm take note that the check-in should be at 2 pm and the latest room they gave was at 6 pm already. This was a very disappointing experience they don't know how to handle customers and inferior customer service. They made us haggle first before they do something about what they did. They seem to not care about what happened.
