Very clean rooms, decent size of the rooms, staff is so polite - Eda in the restaurant and there was one lady with glasses on the reception when we left on 37th Sep in the morning ( truly sorry that I forgot the name). Amazing people, such a nice and clean hotel, we would definitely go back.

Very close and walkable to Medipol. Food can be found nearby, with lots of kebab shops and a few supermarkets. The bus station is also nearby. Rooms were huge and bed was comfortable.
Actually situated next to a cemetery. Might not be for the faint of heart to walk past it every day. Spa felt overpriced.

Nothing much
The room smelled like cigarette smoke, overpriced, the employees were super busy. And why the hell they seize your car keys everytime you need to “park” the car, and the only way to get your car back is waiting for someone to bring it to you from the garage because you are not “allowed” to enter/exist to the parking space by yourself. It’s a forced valley service to get tips from the guests. Blocking your freedom and expecting tipping in return… Weird mentality…
