Banana Leaf Bungalow

I had a great stay here for 2.5 months and it truly felt like home. The staff was amazing especially Alvin. He was always eager to help have a chat or assist with anything I needed. His kindness really made a difference during my stay. I did not use the breakfast option but sometimes they surprised me with bananas which was a very kind gesture and much appreciated. The location is also perfect very close to everything and easy to reach on foot which made daily life super convenient. Over time the team here really felt like a small family to me. I will definitely come back when I visit Gili again.

Cleanliness could be slightly improved especially when it comes to the bed linen and the bathroom. At the same time I understand that standards can differ and everything was done with care and good intention by the staff.

The A/C wasn’t working properly and while they offered to fix it the next day or move me to another room, it wasn’t that bad so I didn’t remind them as I was only there for 2 nights.

Good location, very helpful staff and great breakfast. Also very lovely cats around.

The bed was uncomfortable and the shower didn't have hot water

Senza fronzoli è particolare. La camera internamente era pulita, la’cucina’ a prima vista un po’ meno. Prenotato per più notti, siamo restati solo per una e poi abbiamo cambiato

Arrivati alla reception, uno degli addetti dormiva sul pavimento. Il locale dove preparavano la colazione non sembrava molto pulito. (Abbiamo mangiato altrove anche se avevamo la colazione compresa).Va bene per chi si accontenta
