Our family of four, including boys ages 9 & 11, and my husband's in-laws all enjoyed our Thanksgiving week here. Boys loved the toys and outside games. The nearby bike pump track was great for our kids (we brought our bikes). Kitchen worked great for cooking Thanksgiving dinner.

The house was lovely - very clean and complete with everything you might need during your stay like extra toiletries, blankets, games(indoor and outdoor). The house was quite spacious and had great outdoor space for relaxation and entertaining. The house was a quick drive into Santa Fe and to grocery stores and any other store you might need (Target, Walmart)The host was responsive and provided great information and tips for those who are new to the area regarding the climate and areas of interest. We highly recommend this house and would definitely stay there again!!

Well equipped house with lots for kids to do.
Loved the outdoor space, where we spent most of our time. A bigger outdoor dining table would be good, as we didn't really eat indoors.
Good communication with host throughout.
Liked the gift basket and toiletries as well.
Would recommend.

Diane is a wonderful hostess. She communicates very well with her clients. The house is very clean, had everything that we needed and the outdoor space is wonderful (although it was too cold to really use when we were there). The only reason that I gave the property a 4 instead of a 5 is that it could use some updating of furnitureand bedding. It is however, a really great property .

This house is perfect for young children, with a huge fun- filled backyard and lots of toys and room to play upstairs. The host was very accommodating with a welcome basket and gifts upon arrival which were very much appreciated.

A nice home and could be a wonderful rental. The home lacked basic upkeep. There were years of landscape lighting and furniture on the property that were no longer in use that long ago needed to find their way to the trash. I found myself straightening and fixing instead of just enjoying. Yes it could use updating but a quick walk around (and clean up) would make the property very presentable.

Convenient location and great to have the open space in the back yard. Appreciated the basket of goodies and the recommendations about where to eat close by.
Suggestions: would appreciate instructions on where recyclables go. Consider consolidating all notes into binder and urge guests to read binder at beginning of visit. Repair/clean/replace roof over gazebo. Thank you for a wonderful week!

The back yard is great. Our son enjoyed playing all the games at the house including shuffleboard which he's never played. Diane is an amazing host with some nice credits to her name you will find throughout the house and kudos to her son in the armed forces. The house is spotless with no dust, hair or dirt anywhere in the house. This is a nit pic, but it would be nice if the accessories were a little more up to date such as doorknobs and hinges switched to something other than brass, faucets updated and kitchen appliances updated. Our house was built in 1996 and I know the pain of updating these items but it's well worth the investment.

This home is wonderful. It's spacious, well stocked, clean, and in a good quiet neighborhood. It's about a 15 minute drive to the Santa Fe Plaza area. Everything about the home is comfortable. Diane is a great host as well. I highly recommend this home!

One of the best
What an amazing home. One of the best and truly "fully equipped" holiday homes we have ever stayed in. Owner goes above and beyond. Games and property just gorgeous. Well worth the cost.

We abruptly found ourselves (3 older couples) without a timeshare we were depending on for a week’s rental. This property accommodated us on very short notice with great hospitality in a lovely 3 bedroom, two and a half home with many conveniences. The location is south of downtown, but with ample food shopping and restaurants nearby. It is only a short drive to the plaza area and very quiet. We were entirely satisfied with our stay and grateful for the owner’s quick response to our needs. It is a perfect house if you enjoy preparing some of your meals - every tool uou might desire.

We rented this property to escape the heat in Texas. And play some golf. The owner Diane was a great communicator and gave us a list of places to see while in Santa Fe. The house was very clean and lots of windows for light. We enjoyed mornings and evenings in the backyard patio.

The house is 100% as described - down to the backyard shuffleboard and putting green. There was literally everything you need to cook your own meals. The beds were comfortable, and loved that this was obviously a house that the owners adore. Host was very communicative and gave perfect instructions on checking in and out. Loved our stay!

Great for Families
Very comfortable and clean home for our family of 5. Our kids loved the back yard, specially playing mini golf and basketball which allowed the grown ups to chill out!! Dianne is a very good host. Thnak you!

Our family loved staying here. We arrived late and were greeted with a basket of snacks and cold drinks and a sweet note from the owner. Our kids loved playing in the back yard. We had a wonderful time.

A Wonderful Place to Stay
We rented this house on our recent family vacation to Santa Fe. This house was everything we could have hoped for and then some. The house itself was perfect for our family (kids upstairs at night and us with the downstairs to our selves). But when you add in the amazing back yard set up and golf course views it takes this property to the next level! We spent every night on the patio with take out so our kids could enjoy the back yard and we could enjoy the perfect Santa Fe weather.
Diane went out of her way to take care of us during our stay. She was quick to respond and super friendly. We would 100% stay here again and it would be our first choice on our next trip to Santa Fe

Great Experience
My family and I had a great week in Santa Fe. The house was the perfect size with great features, including the back yard. All Santa Fe locations were easy to get to from this property and Diane was more than attentive.
