This property was clean, spacious, easy to find, plenty of parking space, the property owners were lovely, it is close to the beach, walking distance to the main street and more.
We only stayed one night, but over those 2 days we did not find any issues with the property or our stay.

We stayed here 4 nights. The place was clean and comfortable. It was handy having the kitchen and separate living area. There was Foxtel on the TV. Shower had great water pressure and lots of hot water. Location was great - a quiet street but also a short walk to the Main Street and beach. We had an issue with our key and the owner was very kind about it which we appreciated.
Not a huge issue but reception/staff were not on site very often and there didn't seem to be any set office hours, so if you needed to contact them for any reason you had to call and wait, which wasn't as convenient.

location was great, facilities were clean, beds were comfortable, staff very welcoming & friendly and it was fine for our short stay. the price was possibly slightly inflated due to demand over the Australia Day weekend but overall would definitely recommend staying there

The check in was easy and Anne was very friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and we had everything we needed for our short stay. Great location near the beach and supermarkets.

Apartments are close to each other. Receptionist is very helpful and willing to wait for us for late check in

Cute little accommodation, super close to everything. Good accessibility for different abilities. Clean, well equipped for a short stay
We had the bedroom window open for some air but the bottom rod of the blind bangs all night. Vertical opening windows and horizontal blinds, never a good combination.

This accommodation was the best I have had in Phillip Island Anne the owner was fabulous I would recommend this place to everyone

Great location walking distance to shops and cafes. Comfortable cottage for a family with 2 children. Well equipped with a full kitchen, cutlery, dishes, microwave. Nicely decorated. Lovely gardens, off street parking. Excellent communication from owner. We would definitely stay again.
A little cold during winter with only 1 split system heating. Didn't feel like the property had insulation, hard to keep it warm.

property was close by all the gas stations and grocery shops, convenient and easy to access places around the town.
room was very cosy and clean, the exterior of the place may seem a tad bit run down and messy but in general the interior was very comfortable and cosy :) an ideal space for a short stay if you’re here to visit the penguin parade

Very close to everything a very pretty spot.
The beds very uncomfortable. Cottage was a bit run down. The shower was great though. Could have had some milk left in the fridge.

good location, hassle free check in and out. heating in beds was adequate.
parking for cottage 4 was a bit tight esp if you have a large vehicle (we did not on this occasion luckily). toilets have no locks.
