We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Bali. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel has great for our kids. The location was also fantastic, making it convenient to explore the area while still giving us a relaxing place to return to at the end of the day. The service was exceptional, and every little detail made our stay feel special. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re planning a trip to Bali, I would absolutely recommend staying here. 10/10 — we loved every minute of it and we will be back next year.

it met my expectations

Good enough breakfast with: carbs, proteins and fats… fresh milk fresh fruits

Water quantity of two bottles is not enough at all

Staff were friendly The property was presented well overall Sunblock blinds The TV was a smart TV

The furniture was terrible, the couch is old and broken. I could not sit on it. The cleaning staff have a lot of difficulty understanding English The music at breakfast is too loud! Breakfast is not up to acceptable international standards. The majority of your guests are tourists - get help from consultants how to provide services at international standards - it costs no more, in fact better efficiency would cost less in overheads. Because of the narrow roads we had some trouble with drivers not wanting to come to the Kuta Town House. Suggestion Provide cart type transport to a central location where drivers can access the customer better. For old people there are no facilities or aids. The shower, for example, is dangerous for old people, because they can easily slip. A shower mat would cost 20,000
