Breakfast very nice indeed, although a little - only a little! - over-cooked.
En suite room very nice, although it would have been nice to have had a chair. However, room 107 is quite small so perhaps it's thought that there isn't enough room.
Dinner - N/A.
Staff, particularly Gemma, very helpful and efficient.
No lift. Although I understand that installation of a lift in a building of this age may not be practical or possible.

We stayed bed and breakfast. Room was as described, the cosy room. It was lovely with enough space. Breakfast was lovely,
the only negative, which is nothing is that maybe they need to keep on top with putting the pastries out as they ran out and did not refill the tray
