Hotel amenities - Balcova Termal Pool is superb as always.

Proximity to the shops
The hotel was rundown, the room was smelled of smoke, there were cockroaches in the rooms and corridors…overall the facility was very poor.

Half of the waterslides were not working properly. The Turkish bath was not properly heated and the door was not closing as it should.

Pool was very dirty we found pads inside the pool and the pool water in general smells

Staff only speak one language and can’t understand anything you say and are very rude and impolite, food could be better

The aqua park was run by amateurs. Half the slides were off bounds due to not being bothered to put them to use. Had all rubbish and trash in them. The hotel’s breakfast was below basic. no care whatsoever for customer satisfactory. It isnt worth half the price you pay for. Even The door lock was faulty. Hotel needs to be looked after properly. Ive even witnessed another customer mention the lack of quality of the food theyve paid for during room service.

Breakfast was good with enough options.
An old hotel which doesn’t deserve this rating. They only grant to access external SPA and pools which are also doesn’t deserve good rating.
There is no filter coffee at breakfast.
The restaurant we tried in the evening also failed to prepare good lamp chops. It was simply bad. I recommend to go out and find better place to eat.
Children below 12 years old are not allowed in SPA facilities!
