The place was as clean as one can hope! Found a couple dead bugs in drawers, which is never great but nothing felt unclean. A/C worked well, had the nice darkening curtains everywhere, the people were super nice that I talked to there, and the wifi worked well. The TVs were probably not from this decade but they worked with just minor marks from usage burned into them. Furniture was comfy and overall the place looked just like the advertisement. The location is great and even though they were doing construction (which was noted beforehand) it was quiet! The amenities provided were nice for a week stay but a bit skimpy for 2 weeks as they didn't refill it on the cleaning.

Might not seem like a big deal but I rented this place over many in the area because it advertised a kitchen. The kitchen was pretty terrible. The really small stove barely worked. The burners were inconsistent and the oven somehow managed to not cook evenly either. They had 1 giant nonstick pan from the 90s that was dead a long time ago and 2 bread knives as their only things sharp. Not even steak knives for eating, I left a set there for the next group along with a splash guard. One of the odder things too was that the windows in the kitchen, upstairs hallway, and bathroom downstairs were not properly sealed which caused flies to come in to the place. I believe I killed 30 in a day before I figured out how they were coming in. It wasn't like we were housing garbage or anything, it was day 2 of being there. I bought and left fly swatters. Also removed the paper used to plug the long gaps. Small fridge/freezer but it worked well enough.

We didn't get breakfast, didn't realise that was part of the package. But the location was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Villa was very tidy. I needed to book an extra night and the on-site management replied promptly approving my request. I was very grateful, as plans had changed for our other accommodation.

We had a large 4x4 rental vehicle and a narrow driveway to the property. Turning the truck using a side park area was testing but luckily my husband is a good driver. Other than that, my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
