Overall great stay

Great location, lovely staff.

The only slight disappointment was early morning noise below not enough to complain about.

Pleasant comfortable stay.

Great breakfast with plenty of choice, and swift service. Great ambience in the evening would have liked to try the food but didn’t get the chance. Loved your natural flower arrangements. Very comfortable bed and bed linen.

An enjoyable stay

It was very stylish and there were some lovely individual touches like fresh flowers in the room, classical music was playing in the room on arrival Food in the restaurant was exceptional

There was a central heating/water noise throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep

friendly hotel with ideal location with outstanding service

breakfast was amazing, staff were very friendly and the rooms were spotless

WiFi wasn’t the best but staff done everything to help

A break away from it all in a lovely setting.

A fabulous luxury hotel - the bed was very comfortable, rainfall shower was lovely and we had plenty of room. Covid arrangements were clear and easy to follow and made us feel as though safety had been thought through for us. Very professional service. The restaurant was fantastic, with wonderful food and a dining area away from others. Highly recommended - we will be back.

Definitely deserve hotel of the year 2020 for Wales!

Beautiful rooms. Very clean with all the right amenities. Very comfortable bed. Quiet. Staff were superb! Dinner and breakfast couldn't be faulted from cocktails to scallops to burgers to eggs benedict... perfectly done.
