The apartment was in a great location, close to the main street and gondola to Grindelwald First etc.
Natalie was also very welcoming and friendly!
The views from the apartment are INCREDIBLE and it was lovely to sit outside when the weather was nice - this is what drew us to this place and the view exceeded expectations
The apartment itself needed some TLC, it did feel a little musty and the bathroom didn't feel very clean, it was quite dusty with cobwebs everywhere. There was no oil or pepper for basic cooking or any shower gel etc. Was fine but for the price, it didn't feel like the best value for money especially compared to everywhere else we stayed in Switzerland.

Super welcome, good location close to village, ski lift and ski bus (free).
Slight noise from adjoining rooms.

It was a nice place to stay, but not ski in/ski out. And it was a steep hill to get up to the main street where the ski bus left from.
