The room in the room I stayed was clean so was the bathroom and the bed.
The bed for me as a tiny person was comfortable,
There is an lift so do not have to carry up bags to the floors
The room for to keep the laguage in early arrival is priceless good
The big kitchen can be use for to eat own food
the coffee machine only word with cash
when it is a big group they are usually very laud at first but once they settle it is alright
No washing machine for to use

The location of the hotel was good. The staff especially the kitchen staff was really good. It was easy to communicate with the people and they were cooperative. So overall good stay!
The only time we did face a little difficultly was getting some plates for our lunch and dinner. I feel it could have been better if some cutlery was there in the kitchen area for personal use
