Hotel Centro Bodrum

The hotel upgraded our room for free upon arrival to a suite and it was great. Hotel location and cleanliness were also spot on!

This hotel is like a hidden gem with a lovely garden at the back side, next to a very nicely done swimming pool. One can have a delicious, good quality breakfast with generous portions, sitting in this relaxing garden, enjoying the birds singing and trees, every morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful, particularly the manager of the hotel, Miss Sonay ("Sonay hanım" in Turkish). She is always there to help and give you advice on the best nearby beaches, activities, anything you need with a beautiful smile. The location of the hotel is ideal: about 10 minutes walk to the nearest minibus station, which is in front of the big, modern shopping mall Oasis, via Mynos gate, which is a historical site, bringing ancient and modern worlds together. With the minibus, one can take short rides to the nearby gorgeous beaches with crystal clear waters, it felt like swimming in the aquarium: Make sure to bring your snorkels! It is also about 15 minutes walk from the hotel to the famous lively and colourful centre of Bodrum, which has a variety of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and a marina with beautiful yachts. The hotel has an agreement with a gorgeous yacht run by a lovely, nice family to take you for a boat tour as well to swim in certain secluded bays with crystal clear waters as well. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

There wasn't anything i didn't like.

Beautiful and well priced hotel in Bodrum. A variety of rooms available. We booked the delux balcony, pool view. Good sized room, amazing shower with body wash etc. huge tv with Netflix available. Balcony over beautiful swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Very good Turkish breast served from 8-10.30 served daily with fresh breads, cakes, veg and eggs. Couple things to point out. Yes the hotel is on a bit of a hill, about 12 mins to the start of the marina. Then another 10 mins walk along the marina front, then another 10 mins to beach clubs such a Churchills etc. do really it’s approx 30-35 mins walk each way daily. Also the hotel needs to keep an eye on bedding and towels. One day I opened my bath towel and it was full of makeup, another day the flat sheet had cigarette burns in them. Aldo our room had a 6 seater sofa directly outside our balcony. I understand they’re communal seating but when we have to tell people at 1.30am to be quiet, it turns into a bit of an issue. Staff really are very friendly and there to help with whatever you need, just be aware it’s a bit out of town and definitely a daily trek, but it’s very reasonably priced for what is offered.

Big rooms, beautiful swimming pool, good breakfast

Location was good and the staff was very nice and helpful. Particularly, Sunai was very friendly and helpful. One could walk to the ancient theater, the Mausoleum of Halicarnassus and the Marina.

The bathroom is very small.
