Catalina gave us a free apt upgrade when the sofa in the original one was found to be a normal one and not a sofa bed

Good place to stay for long-term and working purposes. Good wifi connectivity and the place is in a very good location, 1 block from a beach entrance and near from everything in Santa Teresa.
The communication with the host was really poor, no whatsapp and the message were not replied back in a timely manner.

The store's in the first floor doing a lot of noise, starting 6am

There is a lack of attention to detail (for example the paint of the walls is yellow, the shower doesn’t work very well and you can’t touch it because it’s electric and you feel the electricity)
Most of all is the noise coming from the cars and motorcycles during all night since the windows can block the noise

Much bigger than we thought, well worth the price we totally reccomend.
