Great position. Lovely staff. Good breakfast, food and drink. Well priced, rooms, drinks and food.

Bathrooms getting old, but it is Bali.

Beautifully maintained older resort. Great gardens and pool. Rooms can vary but we’ve never had one that is bad. Great value and location. It’s near the bustle but so quiet at the property.

Nothing. The staff are excellent.

If the intention is to stay in Kuta Beach, the location is great and the size of the hotel, especially the common area (pool, garden, restaurant) are very decent for the price and location. The rooms are large and the bed is quite comfortable.

It’s definetely a place that needs better management and a good renovation. Rooms look completely outdated. There are rust marks everywhere in the bathroom, stains all over the walls in the room and some mold in the first room we stayed. We stayed for 7 nights and in the middle of our stay we had problem with hot water, the guy from the reception couldn’t fix it and I had to ask to change rooms. After waiting quite a lot, he offered us a new room, which was far better than the one we were staying, even though they both are in the same category. But the rust marks and cry for better care were still there in the bathroom. Overall the staff is ok, the girls were always super kind, but the men working there were very serious and at times rude. On the day of our checkout while we waited for our driver, we asked for some water and the guy literally said that we could buy at the restaurant. Regarding breakfast, it was very simple. Probably you can get something better on the street for the price you pay for breakfast there.
