The view on to the mountain and the breakfast is exellent

The room needs wine cooler or Bar fridge and bathrooms need update

We had breakfast on Sunday morning, everything was unorganised, i had to take cutlery from another table. Most of the food we took was cold eg, the bacon, sausages ,scrabble eggs wasn't cook properly (still raw). Shortage of glasses for the juice machine. The haddock we were looking forward to that, however what put me off completely is it wasn't filleted properly, still had bones in it. If i had to give my daughter that she would have choked on the bones.

Staff, breakfast, room, warm, accessibility to highway and Cape Town. Excellent value for money.

Breakfast Issue: We were served breakfast for only 1 day instead of 3 days. We had confirmed via http://Booking.com messaging before arrival that breakfast was included, but on arrival we were told our booking did not include breakfast and that it was a mistake. After a long wait at reception, the manager only allowed breakfast for one day. This changed the whole mood of our trip and our kids were very sad. If we had known a day or two before arrival, we would have cancelled.

Overall: Very disappointing family stay. 1. Room Request: I booked 2 rooms and requested rooms close to each other (interleading / interconnecting rooms) since we are travelling as a family with 3 kids. http://Booking.com confirmed and approved the request. On arrival, receptionist said they did not receive the special request and that only one room was booked as a family room. We had to show our confirmation email. The manager on duty eventually resolved it. 2. Breakfast Issue: We were served breakfast for only 1 day instead of 3 days. Also, there is only one old-type power plug for phone chargers. It should be replaced with a modern plug with USB ports / multi-socket.
