The apartment was great! Very spacious, clean, modern, had everything we needed. The location was excellent, and it was very easy to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Reception staff very helpful, great that we could leave our luggage safely until check in. Would highly recommend and would stay again if i went back to Valencia

The only small negative was the noise from the nearby bars at night, but I expected that, given its location

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious, very well located and extremely well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine, nespresso machine, and the apartment also provided all the essentials such as soap, shampoo, dish detergent, towels and other amenities. A big plus was the flexibility and helpfulness of the reception team. We arrived in Valencia around 9:15 AM, well before the official 4 PM check-in, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the property from around 10 AM. The same applied on the day of departure - after check-out at 11 AM, we were able to leave our bags there until around 7 PM (8PM was ok too / up until the reception is open), which made the last day much easier. Also, there is toilet provided for the guest's at the reception area. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and even arranged a taxi for us when we were leaving for the airport.

The only minor downside is that the area can be a little noisy at night. There is a restaurant/bar directly below the apartment, which is actually very convenient during the day for breakfast, lunch or a drink, but in the evening you can sometimes hear people talking, singing or generally being quite loud. There are also waste and recycling containers in the square outside the apartment, including glass recycling, so some noise from late-night cleaning and disposal can occasionally be heard. That said, this was a relatively small issue compared with the overall quality, location and convenience of the apartment, and it would not stop us from staying here again. Simply great choice - great value for money and beyond that.

Ottima posizione, comoda per girare il centro storico. Vicino alla cattedrale e a circa 15 minuti a piedi da fermata metro, a 10 minuti da fermate autobus. L'appartamento ha una forma allungata con cucina e salone in comunicazione che si sviluppano in lunghezza. Accanto al salone ci sono le due camere da letto (piccoline) con in mezzo un bagnetto (piccolo). Le due camere hanno, rispettivamente, 2 letti singoli (uniti in un matrimoniale) e un letto 1 piazza e mezzo (o matrimoniale alla francese).

L'appartamento è dato per 4 persone, ma solo una di queste potrà farsi la doccia. Lo scaldabagno elettrico da 40 o 50 litri non copre 2 docce, figuriamoci 4. Mio marito riusciva a fare la doccia, ma io e i miei bimbi no. Questo ha creato un grosso disagio.
