We booked the stay with breakfast as we were out during the day and we do not want to eat big dinned every day. Unfortunately the only food option at the hotel was to buy a full buffet dinner for 55 EUR per person.
There was a construction very close to the hotel which made a lot of noise early in the morning.

Everything generally great, only minor things could be improved. Very nice drinking pool, spa area, great playroom and playground, close to the lifts. Joker card.
- taking small money for dinner things like: starter pack for cleaning, coffee pads (while you can't buy any in the shops, because they are very specific)
- expensive meals
- giving an optional tip while paying by card. It is optional however amounts and percentages are like random (not adequate to amount we paid)
- advertising "always the best rates on our website" is now an honest statement

Beautiful property, but strange configuration. Access to the large penthouse apartment was not easy.
Difficult accessing the penthouse as above. Nice apartment, but two of the four bedrooms had ridiculous large baths in the bedrooms, but only one of the four bedrooms had an en suite toilet. Three bedrooms had to share a separate toilet. I.e. Fancy gimmicks had priority over practical requirements. Good kitchen equipment e.g. plates and glasses were placed high up in fitted cabinet which only tall people could reach!
