Right from the very friendly check in we were impressed with everything about our room. Nice size, without feeling like a studio room at all. Very clean with good attention to detail, we applaud the cleaning crew.
Noise from the bathroom fan was a little much for how long it went after every time the light was switched on and off.

Very warm sunny units, comfortable, well laid out, with very comfortable beds. Towels are even provided to take to the hot pools, which was an added bonus. Jill the hostess was very accommodating when we wanted to stay another day.

Was very clean and comfortable
The Wi-Fi was terrible. Could not watch netficks or use computer due to buffering.

Location, staff welcome
Very cold time of year. Underfloor heating in kitchen/ bathroom was not functioning.
