Louie and hazel are an absolute credit
The location is perfect and peaceful
Small tea cups and then wanting to be charge for a refill was a bit penny pinching however later Louie gave us a mug to use when I mentioned it that evening

We really enjoyed our stay at Palms Cove Resort. Our room was clean and a great size, with a comfortable bed and bathroom. We especially appreciated how quiet the resort was, which made it a relaxing place to stay.
The grounds were very well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Although we didn’t use the pool ourselves, it looked well kept and we saw other guests enjoying it.
The location was another highlight. It was an easy walk to Alona Beach as well as nearby restaurants, shops, and other amenities, which made getting around very convenient without feeling like we were staying right in the middle of a busy area.
We didn’t eat at the resort, so we can’t comment on the food, but overall we had a very positive experience. We would definitely consider staying at Palms Cove again on a future trip to Panglao. Highly recommended!
