There was nothing in common with the photos on the ad. You get attracted by nice looking apartments that are shown on the app and then the reality is way far from the pictures. Also there was an on going renovation of the building which wasn’t mentioned anywhere and everyday at least at 7 am the workers started making noise.

The location, the cost

Tried to call all numbers provided on booking on day of arrival as we were delayed, no reply from any numbers. Sockets did not work, bulbs missing from lights, shower leaked through ceiling onto bed downstairs, minimal toilet roll, no toiletries as advertised, toilet continuously flushing through the night, hot water cut out one evening, was advertised as twin and double. was in fact two doubles

I was told it was in city central!! it was not we were 2 miles away

main bed was comfy.

sofa bed wasn’t good - really noisy and comfort was poor. the location wasn’t anywhere near where we had thought we had booked. we found out that it was a 40 minute walk away from the location that was shown on booking.com’s map, which was far from ideal as it was booked based on the original location.

I like the location and the garden area.

It was not as clean as I expected There was no dish towels My daughter and my 2 friends where badly bitten which looks like bed bugs. I also tried to contact the agent On numerous occasions for a return pick up to take us to the airport To no avail.

The location is great - in the centre of Rome, in a walking distance to main touristic atractions. Very comfortable beds,good quality linnen. Kitchen is well equipt. Nice and spacious balcony. Very good comunication with the landlord, easy accomodation trough distance remote control.

Some of the doors need fixing, Low presure of the water in the bathrooms. Noise from the street.
