We chose this hotel because it had underground secure parking which we pre booked and paid for. We had been 3 weeks in Germany and had a full car of our luggage which we wanted parked safely. The staff were very friendly, spoke excellent English and we're very helpful. They served a good, if fairly simple breakfast with a choice of hot and cold items. And they had a good selection of drinks and snacks available in the Reception area. For people coming by train, the Central Station is within 5 mins walk and the airport is on the Metro line, stop Stadhuis, is a 5.in walk to hotel too. Very convenient location. All in all, it suited us for 3 nights. We'd recommend it and would stay again if in the area. Even with all the building works going on outside, it was very quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Nothing really. There are long term building works (new tram lines) going on outside, which is a bit confusing initially, but that is outside the hotels control. The staff are helpful though if you contact them initially with help to avoid.

Room was quiet. Decent bed.

Breakfast time is chaotic. We didn’t manage to get any breakfast on our second day because the restaurant was over crowded and there wasn’t enough food. Lines were very long for what was available. The room cleaner arrived at 4pm to clean our room. We declined, it is not acceptable to come so late in the day.
