We loved everything!!! We stayed for a weekend with two kids, and had an absolutely managing time! Beautiful hotel, clean well-designed rooms, the best part was a direct access from our room to a fabulous garden with a view on the alps and the best kids’ playground I have ever seen!!

Room was clean and spacious, staff was great! Location was also very convenient, short drive from Seiser Alm cable car, and from Ortisei. Big supermarket 5 minutes from the place. Great facilities for our kid.

Nice room with everything that you might need. Big and comfortable bathroom. Everything was clean and fresh. Very helpfull staff. There are free swimming pool, gym, sauna and beautiful terrace. We got free weekly bus tickets on check in, which was very helpfull to get to Ortisei, Balzano and other small towns nearby. Free parking,
The underground parking was a bit tight.

We did not use the pool or spa. Our room was very spacious. I loved having a full kitchen and a living room with a large table to place personal items.

We liked the free access to pool and wellness. Also the appartement had much of space. The kitchen was minimalist, but there was all you need, even the dishwascher.
There was nothing we missed. Maybe during school time you may have to close the window if you do not want to hear kids.

The entire property was impressive; well maintained, clean, relaxing areas to just hang out. Great for young families with children.
Breakfast or at least coffee would be appreciated. They did offer a breakfast basket for a fee.

It was a very cosy and pleasant stay for us. The apartment was well equipped. The indoor pool and the playing ground were definitely a plus. It was worth the experience. Very nice staff.
Kastelruth is a small town but so nice to walk by.

The appartment was very cosy and practical, and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, and the massage service available on site. Each appartment gets a locker by the pool which is very convenient. Free parking is available. We also received free tickets for public transport. Having a laundry room was also very useful. There is no breakfast room but you can order breakfast baskets.

no restaurant in the Hotel, you need to plan your meals and buy from outside. it’s just sometimes less convenient, but plenty of great restaurants around

Excellent facilities. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna after whole day of skis was superb addition. Ski buss stop few meters away from the place. Staff very friendly. Elevators and trolleys from garage to your floors.

It is a great hotel. Very good location. Apartments are large, well equiped. Sauna and swimming pool perfect after skiing. I can fully recommend this hotel.

The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful. The apartment was big, new and the beds were really good. The room had direct access to the garden and playground. The swimming pool was great and my kids enjoyed it very much. The Spa was also great (even though the access was limited to 1 person or family group at a time, I did not have problems to get in, s very few people were staying at the hotel on this low season).
The kitchen is well equipped, but I would have liked to have some essentials which you normally use very little of being provided by the hotel, like salt, sugar, soap to wash the dishes (they provide it for the dishwasher).

Great shower in the apartment. very good price in Mid-September.
