Good location
Nothing really, except that the kitchen extractor fan was noisy but it was only working when the kitchen was working

Location good for the reasons we went to that Hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, although the view from the window could have been better, we overlooked the bins!
Breakfast excellent.
Restaurant food was VERY expensive, and not a lot of variety, lots of "sauce" based dishes and not enough basic dishes like curry, fish and chips, chilli etc.
Rooms also VERY pricey for our stay.
