Situato su un lotto d'angolo e solo un colpo dritto di 6 minuti a piedi verso l'oceano! Bella 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni vacanza a casa Carolina Beach. Completamente arredato. Un sacco di spazio esterno con 2 ponti spaziosi e una passeggiata della vedova. Arredato con gusto con pavimenti in bambù in tutto lo spazio vitale e cucina. La cucina ha elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno. La camera principale accede al proprio mazzo privato. Bagno padronale ha una cabina doccia. Un sacco di parcheggio in loco. Doccia esterna appena costruita con acqua calda e fredda! C'è un deposito esterno pieno di oggetti di famiglia da godere; set di cornhole, sedie da spiaggia, teli mare, ombrellone, boogie boards e giochi da spiaggia per i bambini. Goditi la tua vacanza al Pleasure Island con tanto spazio per la tua famiglia per rilassarti e divertirti !!

The property was great for us (4 adults). Near the wedding venue and other events. Thanks so much to Garrett Adams and Coastal Carolina Properties for finding us this property on very short notice. They were all terrific and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend Garrett to assist you with your vacation rental needs.

The house was very clean and comfortable. It is well equipped. We really enjoyed having the beach chairs and other beach equipment available. The beach is an easy walk. The house is also conveniently located to the boardwalk and the NC Aquarium. We had a very nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The layout of the house was nice with a separate bathroom for each bedroom. The walk to the beach was not too bad, and we were grateful for all the beach items that were available to borrow. When arriving at the beach, that particular area wasn't as busy as those closer to the boardwalk, so that was nice as well. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable, and had pretty much anything you could need. The outdoor shower was great as to not track the beach back in with us. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a nice place. Very clean and comfortable stay. Could use some new furniture for back deck, but overall furnishings were good. Nice stay for a family or two couples. Would stay here again.

The three of us are college friends that I’ve been maintaining a long distance friendship and finally got to see each other after the pandemic. This was the perfect place to do so. There was plenty of space, lots of resources and supplies. It was beautiful and well-kept the kitchen was full and we were able to cook a lot of our own meals which we liked, and the walk to the beach was easy, and parking plentiful. I honestly have no negative things to say - the only suggestion that I would have is to let people know if they want to utilize smart devices or cast or some thing that they need to bring an HDMI cable but we’re older ladies and we’re happy with cable. Thank you for having us in your home and we will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay here. It was cleanly, looked just like it was depicted in the photos, and it’s a safe location. I would say the beach is a little further than a 6 minute walk, but other than that it is a great location.

Nice house, but could have been cleaner. The freezer and refrigerator were definitely not cleaned prior to our check in. Kitchen was well equipped, but wish there were more than one trash bag provided for a weekend stay. The main living room space was small for 6 adults. The sleeping accommodations were perfect and love that every room had a bathroom accessible. I will say the walk to the beach was more than 5 minutes, but still a good location. It is advertised that you have a beach umbrella, but we couldn’t find one. Also, the amount of cleaning required for check out is far more than most. The cleaning fee we pay should cover most of what we had to do. Overall we had a good time! Thanks

Loved It!!
We had such a wonderful vacation. The property was exactly as described. There was plenty of room for 6 people. It was close to the boardwalk and piers. With 3 baths there was no fighting or waiting for a bathroom. The only suggestion we have is more linens. I paid the linen fee and we had sheets for the beds and one set of towels for each of us. We ended up having to wash the towel sets every day. We went fishing every night and came in smelling fishy at night. After taking a shower in the morning and using the towel and especially washcloth then we had to use the same set at night. We decided that 2 sets per person would have worked better for us. Not sure if you could offer larger packages or next time we will bring extras from home. But overall it could not have been much better. No one wanted to leave yesterday. Thanks for sharing your house!!

We all can from out of town , got there at 1 but was told they don’t offer early checkin.

I have a grandson at UNC Wilmington so I rented this property so that we could all be together. We enjoyed the convenience to the campus, beach, aquarium and restaurants. The townhouse gave us plenty of room to play games and prepare meals.

Nice property, clean and stocked with almost everything you could need. The property manager was wonderful and responsive. I recommend you bring your own blankets because it doesn’t seem that any other blankets except the sheets get cleaned between visitors. Overall it was a nice stay and a great experience.

Called Garrett and he had a service tech there within an hour. Needed a part he couldn't get until after we were scheduled to leave so we ended up purchasing a couple extra box fans to help move the air around. The tech ended up coming back out and trying a few things and was able to keep the house pretty comfortable. Had a great time and really enjoyed the house.

This house really met all our needs. The owner out a lot of thought into the details. One minor detail is the dishwasher was not the greatest and I ended up doing a lot of dishes by hand. Also would’ve been nice to have a vacuum that worked since we were trying to keep the place clean as possible as they requested. Otherwise a really great place!

Great location!
My family and I enjoyed our stay. Especially the proximity to the beaches. The home was well equipped. While the bathrooms were very clean, I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the kitchen. With that being said, I am extremely picky and a bit of a clean freak. Overall, we had a great visit and I would rent it again and I would also recommend the property.
