Limestone Hotel

Beautiful location, fantastic for exploring Lulworth Cove area. Staff exceptionally welcoming, approachable and lovely. Breakfast was superb.

Car park quite tight and spaces allocated to individual rooms, we had no idea beforehand which room we were booked in and slight confusion was caused. Also quite steep steps & pathway from car park to hotel, could be difficult for less able clients. Minor point but four poster bed in room was slightly obstructing the tv.

Good location, excellent staff, and the food - both breakfast and dinner - was excellent. Rooms are quite small with little room for luggage storage but, it is an old property so this is not surprising.

Room size.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, clean, comfortable, cosy, beautiful little private garden with table and chairs. Food was amazing.

It was perfect

Lovely location within easy walking distance of Lulworth Cove. The steps/ramps up to the hotel entrance are steep but it does give a great view from the top. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable when additional pillows were requested.

The room can best be described as compact and a little claustrophobic, especially with the view from the window looked straight onto a fence. The bathroom can only be described as tired with a chipped sink, a less than perfect functioning shower head and mould around the base of the shower. One wall light fitting had no shade, just the bare bulb. Storage for clothes was limited with an open hanging rail and open shelves with nowhere to give even basic security for possessions. All in all, when I am paying in excess of £200 per night, I do expect a lot better.
