I came to this property with my autistic toddler and two other children. when leaving the property in a rush to catch a fight my son was having an episode over the popcorn and split it in the room. this been very difficult situation already which I would have been happy to apologise for but the property sent me this photo and charged me €20 I find this absolutely disgusting!

Room was good, location was close to bars and the cleanliness throughout was very good. A nice place in a quiet part of the city but walking distance to all major attractions. Cheap, more than cheerful and perfect for a night in a less-visited European city.

Everything was fine. Finding the entrance to the hotel wasn't the easiest but in the end, nothing to worry about. Staff don't speak great English but enough to get by. Overall, a solid stay with ibis as usual.
