The staff were really helpful storing our luggage before checking in, allowing us to use the spacious ladies washroom to get dressed in a yukata, and arranging luggage delivery to the airport.
I wish the room was a little bigger for our suitcases to be opened.

It's located in the most convenient place. Right by train station and all the shops!
Rooms are a bit on smaller side. But that's okay.

Excellent location in the Chuo area.
The rooms are small, compared with standards from other countries.

The property was really good in general and the staff was really nice and helpful, same goes for the location. The bed was really comfy and everything clean at all times.
Maybe the room was a little too small considering coming from overseas it was a bit hard to move in the room after placing the luggages.
