From the offset of booking our experience was fantastic. Every request was catered for, and as it was a trip for my mums special birthday, they made her feel special by wishing her a happy birthday. The staff who looked after us were all just fantastic.
Myself personally I have stayed here multiple times, each time has been brilliant.

I have been using this Hotel for 30 ish years when travelling mainly on Le Shuttle and the Hotel has met my needs in every way.
The lounge area could have been quieter for a quiet drink before dinner, the Police Officers watching noisy rugby on the projector tv spoiled that, other people would have had a drink but for that. The breakfast was not quite as good as usual, The scrambled eggs were sloppy and gooey, the baguettes appeared dry and staleish and the coffee was not quite as good quality as it was in the past, the machine gave milky coffee with out, in one case, coffee and the other without milk, rather odd. The young man was not there to tell but appeared at the end.

location is excellent for shopping, le Shuttle and food.
Police had commandeered half of the car park and I was prevented from walking my dog in that area.

The hotel is conveniently situated for an overnight stay
The choice in the restaurant was extremely limited

"Fa il suo mestiere, che sarebbe quello di rappresentare luogo di partenza ed arrivo comodo per il tunnel, nulla viene chiesto in più e va bene così"
