The onsen facilities are wonderful! The variety and quality of food at breakfast is excellent! Wonderful amenities such as free use of the washing machine, free ice cream bars, probiotic drinks, etc. It’s a very clean, comfortable and customer oriented hotel. I initially found the pillow for my bed uncomfortable. I asked the staff at the front desk if they had a different pillow and they kindly lent me something better for me, which was very helpful!

It should be noted that there is no shower/bath in the room, so if you want to bathe you have to use the onsen facilities. Also, if you have a tattoo there are signs indicating you can not use the onsen. This may make this hotel less desirable for some people.

My room was very hot as the air conditioning was not working, so the hotel staff provided a fan.

The place was very nice and clean. The room was comfortable. The hot spring facilities was every nice and even equipped with a sauna! I liked the experience very much . The staff were excellent.

We booked two rooms for the family and hotel staff were thoughtful to offer connecting rooms to us, which made the stay comfortable. We enjoyed the onsen, complimentary ramen in the evening and nice breakfast. Staff were willing to make an extra effort for our comfort, much appreciated! And Maria spoke Russian to us - an extra pleasant surprise.

All was excellent. Outdoor onsen great. Indoor onsen had a bit of chlorine scent, but I suppose more acceptable safety measure considering Covid days..
