Great location
Size of room and uncomfortable bed! AC didn't work!

Excellent value for money. We were attending a party at a venue next door to the Ibis therefore the location was outstanding! Very close to Meadowhall as well which was an added bonus.
The property was clean and the reception staff were helpful.
It is basic so there is no kettle, hairdryer or iron in the room but you can ask for those things. The hotel is good enough for the price but don't expect a full service hotel.

it was close to the venue of my exam, staff were accommodating, room was clean, water in the shower was hot and good water pressure
It is an extremely basic hotel, the mattress did not feel like a full thickness mattress, the rooms were depressing and there was no kettle or fridge in the room which means that you have to go down to the lobby to get hot water which was very inconvenient

Location was excellent for visit to Sheffield arena
Room was cold when I got into bed. Tried to work the unit in the room which said it didn’t heat or cool the room. Did think about going down to reception as the room was that cold. Didn’t have a hoodie to put on in bed so used the towels in the room as extra layers. Not ideal when you’re already in your pj’s. Unit in room said it kicks in when it hits a certain temp in the room/outside. Fan would have been noisy to leave on overnight even on the lowest setting. Would recommend taking an eye mask & maybe ear plugs for your stay
