Staff, specially the room service staff they were in hurry and disconnected my call while I was placing the food order then the guy who came serve the breakfast ring my door bell twice within 10 second

Staff were too desperate to make unnecessary money and charging more than what booking.com has offered or already booked. They changed the tariff last moment. Seems like making unnecessary few changes to agreed tariff.
