Breakfast expensive but very good. Great reception, bar, and dining on 17th floor with superb views.
Good quality bar both drinks available and staff.
Good location for shops and restaurants in Kobe. Booked us an excellent Teppan restaurant for Kobe beef.

It was exceptionally clean, beautiful, and relaxing.
They did not have an à la carte breakfast. I just wanted toast and coffee, but I would’ve had to purchase an entire buffet.

The hotel decore and outlook was exceptional. The location very convenient to many things.
The room was luxurios and well appointed.
Breakfast buffet was exceptional
The bars and the view were wonderful
Coffee and (stale) bread with a view of sunrise was also much enjoyed, could have been enhanced with real breakfast.
Cocktails were ok.
The restaurant was Italian. Being an elderly diabetic, i had enough rice, pasta, bread and was after sashimi. but the staff didn't want to seat us in the dining room to eat it, and made a lot of fuss about it. My poor eyesight was not suited to the dim lighting in the bar.
I lost a linen shirt from my room that night too.
Also the light in the bathroom was very dim. An issue for me.
