The staff were excellent starting with our two butlers Andy and Paul, Meta the masseuse who had magic fingers and the reception staff were always helpful. The villa with its own large pool was better than the photos. The extra services that we used included stocking provisions prior to arrival and only paying the supermarket bill and organising a driver for day trips at market rates of less than A$80 for 8 hours. The six restaurants on the beach locally within several minutes walk were great to watch the sunset, food was good and super cheap. Even a great oyster bar.
Take care with communications as things get lost in translation, where we ended up having incorrect locations added to our car hire on two occasions due to errors in translation of the itinerary between ourselves and reception and then reception to the driver.

The whole complex was sublime, where you can really relax and wind down,. Most of all the staff were absolutely wonderful, Andy, Paul and Harry to Reception staff April and other young fella on reception sorry forgot your name, but thank you for looking after us, your such beautiful people.

I love how secluded and peaceful this place feels, while still being conveniently close to popular areas like Seminyak and Canggu. The staff were absolutely brilliant and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and well looked after every single day.
The property and facilities are also very well maintained, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing place to stay, and definitely somewhere we would happily come back to again.
What I didn’t particularly like was that the last couple of units back onto a nearby club. Because of this, you can occasionally hear music and parties late into the night, sometimes until around 2am.
If you enjoy nightlife or are a heavier sleeper, it probably won’t bother you much. For me personally, I’m not the biggest fan of late-night noise, so it was a slight downside. That said, it certainly wasn’t enough to ruin the stay or outweigh everything else I enjoyed about the property.

The pool was lovely in the villa and the AC worked really well. The room itself was spacious and it was just what we needed for a getaway.
The water from the shower stunk, it smelt like sulphur every time. It was not very pleasant.
The pillows were a bit too big/fluffy.
